Base Salary
$158k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on greenfield projects advancing lakehouse architecture and improving product delivery velocity.
- Build and own entire services end-to-end that scale to Addepar’s enterprise customers.
- Develop deep technical capabilities in distributed systems and big data processing.
- Build next-generation interfaces onto the platform to enable seamless development with agentic AI.
- Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to improve velocity and enable platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience.
- Direct experience with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code such as Terraform, and AWS.
- Deep technical knowledge of Java or Python and datastores such as DynamoDB, Postgres, or MySQL.
- Distributed systems design and distributed processing experience with technologies such as Apache Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or AWS Kinesis is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
