Base Salary
$58k - $62k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features with measurable product impact.
- Provide substantive code review and architectural feedback.
- Serve as a first responder for production issues, including triage and root cause analysis.
- Improve the team's engineering practices over time, including tooling and documentation.
- Translate product requirements into a technical approach and communicate reasoning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in website development using PHP and MySQL.
- Experience building complex web applications with maintainable solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of custom Wordpress development and data modeling.
- Proficient in semantic HTML, responsive CSS, and modern design patterns.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in English at a professional level.
- Experience with Laravel and AWS is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of modern web app architecture and web fundamentals.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of developer tooling and unit test writing.
- Experience with REST APIs and relational databases.
