Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure, correct, maintainable backend services.
- Break down ambiguous, high-impact problems and ship solutions iteratively.
- Collaborate with Product to create technically sound and user-aware solutions.
- Improve platform reliability, observability, performance, developer experience, and deployment safety.
- Deploy services to production and own their full lifecycle.
- Contribute through code reviews, architecture decisions, knowledge sharing, and platform improvements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Java and strong hands-on experience with Spring.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work autonomously, de-risk complex problems, and drive them to completion.
- Strong engineering judgment and commitment to long-term quality.
- Preferred experience with OIDC, OAuth2, MFA, WebAuthn, SAML, SCIM, CIAM/IAM, distributed systems, event-driven systems, observability, performance tuning, cryptography, multi-tenant architectures, Terraform, CloudFormation, and contract or integration testing.
