Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to implement a streaming data platform and create solutions that leverage it.
- Specify, construct, test, and implement machine-learning and other mission-focused systems based on client requirements.
- Plan deployments and execution with clients.
- Deploy and support software on Kubernetes.
- Develop full-stack front-end and back-end applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Produce client documentation, product documentation, tutorials, and technical information.
- Build data-driven applications supported by ETL processes and data pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field with nine years of experience, or a master’s degree with seven years of experience.
- US citizenship is required.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- IAT Level 1 certification, including CompTIA Security+ and CCNA, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python; Node.js, D3.js, or React; AWS or Azure; SQL and databases; Linux; and shell scripting.
- Experience with Postgres, Mongo, database and Java big-data systems, object-oriented design patterns, SQL/database integration, ETL, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Apache NiFi is preferred.
