Responsibilities
- Build relationships with C-suite and business leaders to understand their vision and translate objectives into outcome-focused ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and create architectural blueprints for complex business objectives.
- Advise customers on technical governance, instance strategy, core data, integrations, configuration management, and platform health.
- Guide remediation of configurations and customizations that do not align with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Position ServiceNow as the system of action within integrated digital transformation roadmaps.
- Guide prescriptive solution design and manage technical implementation decision points.
- Define platform-wide solutions aligned with delivered capabilities.
- Advocate ServiceNow advisory practices and industry use cases and contribute thought leadership such as methodologies and white papers.
- Guide large consulting and systems-integrator organizations and support customer success.
Requirements
- Federal experience is required.
- At least 3 years of management consulting leadership experience focused on technology at a top-tier consulting company is required or preferred as described in the posting.
- At least 5 years of experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
- Experience as an enterprise or solution architect, including data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, and configuration management.
- Experience implementing one or more cloud-based systems such as Salesforce, Workday, Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
- Experience working with functional business leaders to identify objectives, develop outcome-focused roadmaps, and guide large consulting or systems-integrator organizations.
- Consulting experience in management consulting, an OEM software company, or a cloud company is preferred.
- Experience as an enterprise architect at a Fortune 500 company, OEM software company, or cloud company and demonstrated technical or architecture career progression.
- One to two years of ServiceNow Platform experience is desired but not required.
- Software development background and familiarity with enterprise platforms.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into workflows, decisions, or problem-solving.
- Executive-level communication, presentation, consultative, strategic, collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven capabilities.
- CTA/CMA and CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications are preferred.
- Travel availability of up to 50%.

- Base pay is $148,000.00-$232,000.00, with equity when applicable and variable or incentive compensation.
