Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation architectures from process assessment through deployment.
- Lead technical implementation across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism.
- Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and coding and design best practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for complex automation initiatives.
- Design integrations with APIs, databases, SAP, Oracle, Azure, and AWS.
- Own non-functional requirements including scalability, security, exception handling, logging, and disaster recovery.
- Guide developers through solution design, process design, code, and architecture reviews.
- Manage bot orchestration, licensing, development/test/production environments, and automation deployment pipelines.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical governance, risk mitigation, escalation support, and developer mentorship.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in RPA or intelligent automation architecture.
- Mandatory architecture-level experience across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end automation solutions from discovery or assessment through production go-live.
- Strong understanding of Orchestrator or Control Room, robots, queues, and credential or asset management.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Builder, or IQ Bot for data extraction.
- Experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture or ABBYY OCR and integration with RPA workflows.
- Experience with process assessment, automation feasibility, and Center of Excellence frameworks.
- Working knowledge of APIs, web services, SQL databases, and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation, Azure or AWS, and containerization concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, or ABBYY certifications are preferred.
- Experience establishing automation Centers of Excellence and working in enterprise architecture or solution consulting is preferred.
