Responsibilities

Own proof-of-value implementations and expand them into full rollouts across customer construction sites.
Scope, build, and maintain ERP integrations that move customer data reliably between systems.
Integrate suppliers and convert delivery notes and invoices into structured digital item-level data.
Conduct on-site customer and team onboardings and ensure the product works in construction-site environments.
Debug customer issues, manage multiple parallel projects, and drive implementations through go-live.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in solution engineering, implementation, product engineering, or software engineering.
Coding and technical problem-solving experience involving APIs, scripts, system integrations, React, TypeScript, or SQL.
Experience owning a technical project end-to-end, including planning, scoping, prioritization, implementation, testing, and successful go-live, with direct customer contact.
Strong curiosity, analytical problem-solving ability, structured execution, and clear communication of technical concepts.
Willingness to work five days per week from the Munich office with occasional customer travel.
Native German and fluent English.
Preferred: experience with Construction Tech, Supply Chain or Logistics SaaS, or an early-stage startup with fewer than 50 employees.
