Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy AI agents and agentic solutions for real enterprise customers.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and solution architecture.
- Build scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own work through the full technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
- Problem-solving ability, initiative, and a builder-oriented, execution-focused mindset.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
