Responsibilities
- Build data pipelines, agents, and custom logic in customer environments using real production data.
- Own the technical deployment process, including extraction, mapping, validation, and enrichment.
- Run data workshops with customer users, work on site, and debug alongside customer IT teams.
- Document recurring customer patterns and communicate them to Product and Engineering for platform improvements.
- Build agents to automate repeatable deployment steps and validate that they work.
- Coordinate with Solution Engineering and Customer Value to provide a unified customer experience.
Requirements
- Have shipped software, automations, agents, or technical projects used by real users.
- Write code directly and be comfortable with Python and SQL.
- Have built with LLMs against real data and understand the strengths and limitations of agents.
- Be able to make progress through incomplete requirements, undocumented data, and conflicting stakeholder input.
- Communicate technical decisions clearly, handle customer pushback, and avoid over-promising.
- Have 0–4 years of experience demonstrated through technical work, startup experience, internships, or projects built from zero.
- Speak native-level German and fluent English.
- Be based in Munich and willing to travel regularly across the DACH region.
