AI Builder, Emerging Talent - EMEA Central Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers.
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through iteration and deployment.
- Work in cross-functional builder pods and collaborate with other builders, senior developers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers in high-level technical conversations.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time and work directly alongside customers.
