Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable application solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and guidelines across projects.
- Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Design and optimize high-availability, high-performance data storage solutions for distributed systems.
- Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to modern architectures.
- Design and implement role-based security models to protect sensitive data and support compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks and frameworks for large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and deliver cohesive architectural solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 to 8 years of experience in architecture design and application development, including leadership of end-to-end solution design initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in application design and enterprise solution architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman architectural frameworks.
- Expertise in technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Strong data modeling and distributed-system storage design skills.
- Experience planning and executing system migrations.
- Experience designing and implementing role-based security models.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, enterprise integration patterns, and technology evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Preferred certification in TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, event-driven architecture, enterprise messaging systems, performance tuning, scalability, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
