Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Joybuy backend systems for performance, availability, concurrency, security, and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project implementation.
- Develop monitoring, maintainability, grey-release, and rollback capabilities.
- Research, adopt, and promote new technologies and methodologies.
- Identify integration opportunities between emerging technologies and global system architectures.
- Help strengthen the team’s technical growth and architectural foresight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot.
- Strong coding proficiency and commitment to clean, elegant code.
- Interest in open-source projects and continuous improvement.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Effective communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Experience in large-scale e-commerce companies, supply chain, finance, fulfillment, logistics, or marketing systems is preferred.
- Experience with UK and European business is preferred.
