Responsibilities

  • Deliver software solutions across design, development, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Develop, configure, maintain, and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, and platform capabilities.
  • Perform bug fixes and implement enhancements within Agile sprints.
  • Participate in platform upgrades and new feature rollouts.
  • Provide technical expertise and ongoing support for assigned ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with product owners, service operations management, architecture, and other team members.
  • Maintain alignment with software development lifecycle best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, AJAX, .NET, Java, web services, GlideRecord client- and server-side scripting, API integrations, and ACL debugging.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, COTS software, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, scripting, and integration.
  • Development experience in ITSM and SecOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and iterative development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global, virtual environment.
