Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered products using FriendliAI APIs.
- Guide customers in selecting, evaluating, and operating AI models.
- Integrate and extend open-source frameworks for FriendliAI integration.
- Build and deploy custom inference endpoints, chat flows, and multi-agent orchestration pipelines.
- Develop SDKs, example applications, and reference APIs for agentic and generative AI use cases.
- Provide technical guidance on prompt engineering, API composition, workflow orchestration, context, and memory optimization.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements.
- Lead technical demos, developer workshops, and webinars.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, ideally in backend or API development.
- Proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Strong experience deploying LLMs and integrating them into generative AI APIs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong experience integrating open-source generative AI models into applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Preferred: contributions to open-source AI libraries or projects.
- Preferred: familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, memory systems, RAG, workflow DAGs, serverless backends, or API gateways.
