Responsibilities
- Build and run customer-facing demos and custom agents tailored to prospects’ domains and workflows.
- Prototype agents between and during customer conversations, moving from discovery to working prototypes.
- Partner with the Applied AI team on active deals, POCs, and pilot scoping.
- Build AI-native tooling for account research, outreach personalization, competitive intelligence, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop reference implementations, demo environments, and reusable agent patterns.
- Work with product and engineering to turn customer patterns into platform capabilities.
- Support positioning and pricing conversations through fluency in the AI landscape.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background and ability to ship working prototypes quickly.
- Hands-on fluency with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, evaluations, and modern AI models and infrastructure.
- Ability to present to customers, technical buyers, and engineering leaders and translate complex capabilities into clear demos.
- Strong communication skills, high agency, and a bias toward shipping.
- Customer-facing or enterprise sales experience and familiarity with supporting a sales motion are advantageous.
