Base Salary
$183k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary mobile engineer and React Native specialist for the Cash Line team.
- Lead Android development and execute the approved Android app launch plan.
- Set technical direction for mobile architecture across React Native and native Android surfaces.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate roadmap priorities into durable mobile solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentorship, architecture ownership, and pragmatic execution.
- Continue as the team’s mobile specialist after launch, supporting the full Cash Line mobile stack.
- Lead cross-team mobile initiatives, platform migrations, or new mobile product launches in production environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial experience building and shipping mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript.
- Strong native Android expertise in Kotlin and/or Java, including experience shipping or launching native Android applications in production.
- A proven track record leading cross-team mobile initiatives, platform migrations, or new mobile product launches in production environments.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products at scale with attention to performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Demonstrated senior individual-contributor technical leadership, including architecture ownership, mentorship, and cross-team influence.
