Base Salary
$121k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship production marketing and feature-page experiences, including pricing surfaces, with Next.js, Sanity, React, and TypeScript.
- Extend the shared component library and design system with reusable, well-tested foundations.
- Own accessibility, semantic markup, web performance, Core Web Vitals, and resilient page loads.
- Integrate the headless CMS and build and consume APIs and services powering the site.
- Use and improve AI coding tools, agents, MCP integrations, prompts, and context for development workflows.
- Build and ship A/B and multivariate experiments and reduce friction from test idea to live experiment.
- Support SEO, LLM, and AI-search initiatives through structured data, performance, and rendering foundations.
- Set technical patterns and direction, mentor front-end developers, and partner on standards, code quality, and architecture.
- Collaborate with product engineers, designers, marketers, PMs, and CRO stakeholders across shared systems.
Requirements
- Deep front-end expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, accessibility, web performance, and several years of production application development.
- Strong experience building and maintaining real applications with Next.js and React, including modern rendering and component architecture.
- Back-end familiarity and comfort building and integrating APIs and services; full-stack experience is highly preferred.
- Experience building content-driven sites with a headless CMS and modeling, integrating, and shipping content at scale.
- Hands-on day-to-day experience with AI coding tools and a thoughtful approach to their responsible use.
- Experience with growth-oriented measurement, experimentation, iteration, and business outcomes.
- Ability to set technical standards, mentor others, communicate effectively, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred experience with Optimizely, Kameleoon, Adobe Target, Amplitude, GA360, design systems, shared component libraries, cross-team product engineering, and Figma.
