Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications for the Prime Sequel Platform.
- Analyze complex technical and business challenges and propose solutions that improve system functionality and business processes.
- Guide software development lifecycle activities from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide user and operational support to business users.
- Recommend security measures and contribute to post-implementation analysis and system design decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, senior managers, users, and technology groups to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Assess and manage technical risks while supporting regulatory compliance and transparent control-issue reporting.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and work independently on critical initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and software application programming, including successful project implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Java application technologies, including Spring and microservices-based development.
- Experience with SQL, Linux environments, and job scheduling.
- Working knowledge of project management techniques and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively with global teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
