Base Salary

$65k - $85k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Discover business workflows and pain points with stakeholders, define solution scope and success measures, and manage expectations around fixed delivery dates.
  • Build and demonstrate rapid proofs of concept, then develop full-stack web applications, AI agents, workflow automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Use AI coding tools, agents, prompts, and reusable components to accelerate planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery.
  • Prepare and complete information security, data privacy, legal, and change-control reviews for production releases.
  • Deploy solutions to enterprise cloud environments with authentication, access controls, logging, monitoring, and cost controls.
  • Run multiple projects on staggered timelines, track risks and blockers, train users, produce support documentation, and obtain business sign-off.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications to production.
  • Expert daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including agentic, multi-file, and multi-step development.
  • Experience with prompt and context engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, tool use, agents, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, evaluation, and guardrails.
  • Working knowledge of model selection, latency, token cost, and rate-limit trade-offs across major LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Full-stack experience with React/TypeScript or similar, Python with FastAPI or Flask and/or Node.js, APIs, databases, ETL, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP deployment; containers, serverless functions, Git, CI/CD, environment management, secrets management, authentication, and production monitoring.
  • A portfolio or examples of AI-built solutions delivered end to end, including timelines and outcomes, and at least one LLM-powered application or agent in production.
  • Experience taking solutions through enterprise security, privacy, legal, and change-management processes, with strong scoping, prioritization, communication, and ownership skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include FDE, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or internal-tools experience; regulated-industry experience; reusable AI platform or agent-framework experience; and Python data tooling or basic ML familiarity.
