Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned products through planning, sprint execution, and releases.
- Lead solution architecture planning and maintain business, systems, application, and data architecture packages.
- Develop and update AS-IS and TO-BE architecture models using VA-prescribed formats.
- Define solution roadmaps and maintain product-specific data models.
- Guide requirements, solution updates, KPI alignment, PI execution, backlog refinement, and decomposition of Epics into Features and User Stories.
- Oversee interface development and integration control, including ICR registration and Interface Control Documents.
- Ensure automated build and CI/CD capabilities are operational and compliant with VA TRM-approved tools.
- Support ATO maintenance through security scanning, remediation, and A&A artifact updates.
- Provide technical leadership for Tier II/III troubleshooting and sustainment support.
- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects on the HELM-wide SAFe Architectural Runway.
- Provide technical input to Requirements Analysis Proposals, including LOE estimates, skill recommendations, and risk identification.
