Base Salary
$204k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical engagements with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct technical evaluations, demonstrations, and hands-on customer enablement.
- Communicate customer and competitive feedback to internal teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Create documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and other enablement materials.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with open-source technologies or metrics and monitoring products.
- Technical mindset with the ability to solve customer challenges and communicate product value and technical advantages.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for working with global customers and distributed internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first international organization.
- Strong judgment, leadership, creativity, initiative, and adaptability in a varied startup environment.
- Post-sales or engineering experience, coding bootcamp training, or recent graduation may be considered as relevant background.
- Ideally located in the Greater New York City or Boston area.
