Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their software shipping challenges.
- Help customers integrate Antithesis into their CI and code review processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize customer systems to catch critical bugs.
- Collaborate with platform engineers to prototype solutions for identified issues.
- Validate proposed solutions with customers to ensure effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience building or operating systems software where correctness is critical.
- Customer-facing engineering experience, particularly in troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and debug unfamiliar codebases.
- Proactive in fixing issues rather than working around them.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in the office five days a week and travel occasionally.
