Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Space Tech and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and rapid implementation plans.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive initiatives from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
