Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical contact for pharmaceutical clients and help define goals and appropriate solutions.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including requirements discovery, scoping, proposals, and deal support.
- Own solution architecture for key accounts while guiding engineering teams and supporting delivery managers.
- Build custom tools, automation scripts, and applications primarily in R to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Guide clients through FDA, EMA, and PMDA regulatory submission processes and relevant clinical data standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences through presentations and discussions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with R, including Shiny, Tidyverse, and reporting tools.
- Experience with SAS, including Base, Macro, and Graph.
- Experience building internal tools and automation that improve work speed and quality.
- Deep knowledge of clinical data workflows, submission requirements, ISS/ISE, and CDISC standards.
- Experience with CDISC standards including SDTM, ADaM, and define.xml.
- Background in both pre-sales activities and delivery leadership, including scoping, proposals, technical guidance, and architecture.
- Understanding of AI solutions and their implementation within client software environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills for business and technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
