Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, analyze systems and workflows, and convert client needs into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance, availability, and interfaces.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements with engineering staff.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on daily progress, requirements, clarifications, delivery, and quality risks.
- Respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and maintain effective customer communications.
- Participate in continuing education and training, including learning new programming languages and completing relevant certifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS, reporting, and scheduled releases.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Adobe AEM.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, maintaining, and documenting software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to design and execute software validation and test cases.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to communicate with clients, project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
