Responsibilities
- Build ingestion pipelines to handle over 1M RPS streams of logs and metrics.
- Develop scalable, fault-tolerant alerting engines for real-time notifications.
- Create backend observability APIs to enhance user experience.
- Provide APIs for real-time log and metrics access for internal teams.
- Build Golang/Rust GRPC services to support a growing user base.
- Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Write Engineering Requirement Documents to guide project implementation.
- Interface with TypeScript and GraphQL to expose microservice APIs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with observability stack tools like VictoriaMetrics and ClickHouse.
- Ability to anticipate the longevity of solutions in a startup environment.
- Skill in implementing solutions and documenting requirements.
- Strong prioritization skills in ambiguous situations.
- Grit to tackle problems and scale solutions effectively.
