Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, high-performance web interfaces with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.
- Develop reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python with FastAPI.
- Model, query, optimize, and manage relational data in PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain APIs and microservices while applying clean architecture, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
- Create unit, integration, and component test suites using Jest, React Testing Library, PyTest, or applicable backend testing frameworks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver quality code incrementally.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, system architects, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI component libraries such as Shadcn UI.
- Experience with client-side state management and data-fetching libraries such as TanStack Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.
- Strong server-side development expertise with Node.js or Python/FastAPI.
- Experience with ORMs or query builders such as Prisma, Drizzle, TypeORM, or SQLAlchemy.
- Strong PostgreSQL expertise, including relational modeling, query optimization, indexing, and database management.
- Practical experience with SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
- Knowledge of API design, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend integration.
- Proficiency with Jest, React Testing Library, PyTest, and unit, integration, and component testing.
- Operational knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, adaptability, and mentoring abilities.
- Nice-to-have experience with Redis, MongoDB, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, web security, and performance optimization.
