Responsibilities
- Design scalable SharePoint-based solutions from business and technical requirements.
- Architect and implement SharePoint workflows, web parts, custom applications, and extensions.
- Develop and configure solutions using SharePoint development frameworks and tools, including Power Apps and Power BI.
- Integrate SharePoint with data sources and enterprise systems.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing and remediate defects.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve application or configuration problems.
- Maintain and enhance SharePoint environments, monitor performance, and support platform updates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary technical teams while following governance and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least eight years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and implementation best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully pass a Public Trust investigation.
- Preferred: experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications, migration or modernization initiatives, and the Power Platform.
