Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to communicate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities through technical expertise and competitive knowledge.
- Deliver product and technical presentations, demonstrations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations.
- Communicate customer feedback and competitive insights to internal Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Create documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source technologies or in metrics and monitoring.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for collaborating with international teams and worldwide customers.
- Technical mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for learning and solving customer challenges.
- Ability to exercise judgment, collaborate, take initiative, and work effectively in a varied startup environment.
- East Coast location is preferred; previous post-sales or engineering experience or a coding bootcamp background may also be relevant.
