Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize advanced GenAI and AI solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable business impact.
- Optimize and deploy ML models and AI agents using modern frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Conduct prompt engineering, model evaluation, A/B testing, experimentation, and production performance optimization.
- Build and maintain ML infrastructure including data pipelines, model-serving endpoints, monitoring systems, and automated deployment workflows.
- Implement RAG systems using vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
- Develop agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, developers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver GenAI initiatives.
- Write maintainable, documented code and participate in code reviews, testing, technical design, and architectural decisions.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies, models, frameworks, and techniques for potential adoption.
- Apply responsible AI practices covering bias detection, explainability, security, privacy, and enterprise governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of machine learning engineering experience, including 2+ years focused on production ML systems.
- Hands-on production experience building GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, or similar technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or Anthropic Claude.
- Understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical knowledge of MLOps practices including model monitoring, versioning, and deployment automation.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search systems, including Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or Chroma.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include financial-services or regulated-industry experience, agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration knowledge, real-time streaming data, distributed systems, high-scale data processing, experimentation platforms, graph databases, knowledge graphs, and transformer architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
