Solution Architect – Supply Chain Product & Innovation

Responsibilities
- Support product launches from strategic planning and development through early innovation, adoption, and growth.
- Engage customers on early-innovator projects, capture product feedback, and communicate it to product management and engineering.
- Own solution design, including process flows, user stories, test scripts, and overall program data flow.
- Lead consultants and stakeholders through complex programs to ensure products meet customer business needs.
- Coordinate professional services and partner readiness for product deployment throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide sales and deployment enablement input to training and enablement teams.
- Own early-innovator outcomes and customer expectations during pre-launch phases.
- Drive proof-of-value deliveries through the growth phase and deliver explainable, supportable, and scalable product capabilities.
- Support product lifecycle management and product program management from concept through commercialization.
- Align key KPIs and report progress against milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related field.
- 7–10 years of related experience in the supply chain management software industry.
- At least five years of experience in high-tech supply chain or a related field.
- Subject-matter expertise in supply chain concepts, best practices, solutions, and applications such as Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
- Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations.
- Ability to lead and coach seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and manage customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience building new products and solutions and supporting rapid innovation for early adopters during pre-launch and launch phases.
- Product Lifecycle Management and product program management experience from concept to commercialization.
- Expertise aligning KPIs and reporting progress against milestones.
