Responsibilities
- Solve complex backend problems from technical design through launch.
- Deliver solutions used by other teams and products.
- Define plans for large projects and address complex architecture challenges.
- Lead code reviews and documentation and resolve complex, high-risk bugs.
- Establish standards for thorough code reviews.
- Partner across engineering teams on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.
- Mentor junior members and share technical expertise.
Requirements
- Expertise in backend technologies and substantial engineering experience.
- Ability to take high responsibility for complex technical problems and architecture.
- Ability to lead code reviews, documentation, technical planning, and cross-team initiatives.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical role model.
