Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the value of Workday’s SaaS Human Capital Management applications to prospects and customers.
- Conduct interactive pre-sales discovery meetings and provide HR expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver Workday HR product demonstrations and executive presentations to functional, technical, and C-level audiences.
- Partner with sales teams and collaborate across Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management.
- Present and sell solutions to the office of the CHRO using value-based selling techniques.
Requirements
- At least 5 years working with core HR concepts including benefits, talent management, compensation, payroll, time, reporting, and analytics.
- At least 5 years of Human Resources experience within the technology and media industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution consulting and/or implementation.
- Experience with value-based selling and presenting cloud-based solutions to functional and technical audiences.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, discovery, influencing, and multitasking skills, including communication with C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
