Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop foundational technical and analytical skills through a 12-month graduate development programme.
- Contribute to engineering work involving software, platforms, infrastructure, systems, reliability, products, services, or models.
- Participate in group projects aligned with LSEG goals and collaborate with an assigned Engineering team.
- Identify and reduce risks to performance and availability and help maintain stable and reliable platforms, applications, and services where aligned to the placement.
- Complete programme activities including global induction, Engineering Bootcamp, Ignite, qualification study days, recruitment assessments, and assessment-centre exercises.
Requirements
- Be a final-year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, completing course requirements before August 2027, or be a fresh graduate from the class of 2026.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in technology through academic studies, work experience, extracurricular activities, university projects, coding, technology use, or personal projects.
- Demonstrate an interest in financial markets through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
- Show curiosity about data and the ability to analyse information, draw conclusions, and propose solutions.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, focus, resilience, adaptability, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Candidates from physics, engineering, and electronic degree backgrounds may apply if they can demonstrate an interest in technology.
- Have the right to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and permanent employment.
