Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship scalable user-facing web features and products.
- Take responsibility for long-term code quality and frontend architecture.
- Work as part of a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
- Mentor and onboard more junior colleagues and help set them up for success.
- Identify and solve problems independently while delivering reliable, maintainable software.
Requirements
- Experience developing and shipping scalable user-facing features with component-based UI frameworks.
- A strong focus on reliable, maintainable software and continuous delivery.
- A hands-on, self-driven approach with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
- A proven track record of mentoring and onboarding team members.
- Passion for building modern financial systems and improving how people invest.
- Experience with or a strong desire to learn Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
