Responsibilities
- Design and build robust automations and integrations across business systems.
- Lead complex, cross-functional integration projects from requirements to deployment.
- Operationalize AI-powered workflows by integrating AI tools into business processes.
- Establish standards for automation design, testing, and security compliance.
- Implement best-in-class error handling and alerting for automations.
- Model high-quality engineering practices in automation stacks.
- Translate business problems into technical designs and roadmaps.
- Mentor and uplevel other engineers and analysts in automation capabilities.
- Explore and introduce innovations in automation and integration approaches.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in automation, integration, or data engineering roles.
- Expertise with Workato as a primary automation platform.
- Hands-on experience with AI knowledge platforms like Glean.
- Familiarity with core enterprise systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong architectural and automation design skills.
- Background in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and SQL/T-SQL.
- Experience operationalizing automation workflows and AI models.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by influence without direct management responsibilities.
