Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and functional designs with product owners, technical leads, and engineers.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform for business functions, project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Determine when to use out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities, AppExchange solutions, or custom code.
- Perform functional analysis, technical requirements development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.
- Maintain existing functionality and continuously deliver business solutions in a complex global Salesforce organization.
Requirements
- Require 5–8 years of experience developing and supporting mid- to large-scale IT project deployments.
- Require at least five years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Require hands-on understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, Salesforce administration, configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integrations.
- Require experience with JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and VS Code.
- Require experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Copado, or Flosum and with documenting technical design documents and architecture diagrams.
- Require a bachelor’s degree or higher; computer science is preferred.
- Prefer familiarity with general business functions and telecom domain knowledge.
- Developer certifications are an advantage.
