Base Salary
$85k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Learning & Development and other learning applications to meet user and business requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy fixes, updates, version releases, and other application implementations.
- Provide application support, business consultation, user communication, and troubleshooting for incidents and requests.
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business partners, and multifunctional teams to align configurations with standards and project goals.
- Manage software vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 3 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with learning and development applications such as Degreed, Alchemy, LinkedIn Learning, Korn Ferry, or other talent assessment and learning technology solutions is preferred.
- Certifications and/or experience with the SuccessFactors Learning & Development Module are preferred.

- The expected base salary range is $85,000-$100,000.
