Senior Solutions Architect - East (Professional Services)

Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive customer adoption of Chainguard Images.
- Partner with account executives, sales engineers, customer success managers, and Support to develop account strategies and drive value realization, retention, and growth.
- Test and document Chainguard Images as customer zero to support high-quality products and smooth onboarding.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
- Maintain account-level architecture and share implementation best practices and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with, teach, and learn from the broader Chainguard team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
- At least 8 years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
