Base Salary
$79k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, reliable web applications.
- Build modern user interfaces with Vue.js using component-based architecture and reactive data models.
- Develop and maintain TypeScript backend services with Node.js and frontend applications.
- Design and maintain highly available microservices focused on scalability, resilience, reliability, maintainability, and observability.
- Use AI-driven workflows and tools to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and documentation while maintaining engineering quality.
- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, technical practices, and customer-facing and platform capabilities.
- Improve technical documentation and resolve high-priority technical issues while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to team ceremonies, engineering best practices, monitoring, debugging, and automated testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, with TypeScript and Python preferred.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies in a full-stack environment.
- Experience with highly available cloud-based microservices and non-functional requirements such as reliability, maintainability, and observability.
- Experience using AI tools in software design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, and applying AI tools in development workflows.
- Preferred experience with component-based architecture, reactive data models, scalable and resilient microservices, infrastructure-as-code, cloud deployment, CI/CD workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless Containers, Datadog, telemetry, monitoring, debugging, and automated testing.
