Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the quality and reliability lead within a senior AI development pod.
- Design and implement test strategies and validation approaches for AI-enabled software.
- Collaborate with software and AI engineers to identify early failure modes.
- Build confidence in solutions through automated testing and operational safeguards.
- Define standards for reliability and production operations in an AI-first model.
- Contribute to code, infrastructure, and tooling to enhance delivery confidence.
- Support launch readiness and production issue response.
- Promote strong engineering discipline in quality assurance and incident prevention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Experience building reliable production software systems.
- Strong technical fluency in modern software architectures and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with frontier AI tooling and the challenges they present.
- Ability to balance hands-on implementation with quality strategy.
- Strong debugging and incident response skills.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.
