Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable workflows, connectors, APIs, and automation solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop and review production-quality solutions in Python or Java, including code generated with AI agents.
- Assess client project gaps, define outcomes, and design scalable system architectures and workflows.
- Lead technical workshops and communicate architecture recommendations in a consultative, client-facing manner.
- Manage data pipelines and apply data warehousing and data lake principles.
- Apply event-driven patterns, reliability and performance principles, and secure configuration management.
- Feed deployment learnings into the product roadmap and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering and solution architecture experience for B2B platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or Java.
- Strong understanding of data principles, including data warehousing and data lakes.
- Familiarity with APIs, event-driven patterns, and secure configuration management.
- Ability to assess gaps, define outcomes, recommend changes, and design scalable system workflows.
- Excellent communication, client-facing confidence, and ability to work in high-stakes delivery environments.
- Exposure to AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, and MLOps is preferred.
