Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Pega Robotics solutions for enterprise business-process automation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing RPA processes for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Gather requirements with business analysts, process owners, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams and translate them into technical RPA solutions.
- Design and develop API-based system integrations using Java or ASP.NET.
- Configure, deploy, and manage applications on Internet Information Services servers.
- Resolve IIS issues involving application pools, certificates, and performance optimization.
- Develop backend solutions and integrations using Java, C#, and ASP.NET.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to improve automation and reduce manual intervention.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven expertise with Pega Robotics or similar RPA platforms.
- Proficiency in Java and C# or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience developing APIs with Java or ASP.NET.
- Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and managing Internet Information Services servers.
- Experience with RBC enterprise systems or financial services platforms is preferred.
- Pega Platform certifications, including Robotics Developer or System Architect, are preferred.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, code-generation platforms, intelligent process automation, or AI integration with RPA platforms is preferred.
