Responsibilities
- Analyze customer, user, and business needs and translate them into appropriate solution designs.
- Design backend, frontend, and integration functionality with an emphasis on clean, sustainable solutions.
- Participate in architectural decisions and collaborate with architects and application specialists.
- Model and optimize business processes and propose alternative solution approaches.
- Prepare functional specifications for tender documentation.
- Solve complex technical problems across the full solution lifecycle, including development and operation.
- Influence the product’s technical direction and mentor less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing requirements and designing meaningful, practical solutions.
- Experience with Git and familiarity with CI/CD and modern development tools.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging.
- Analytical thinking, problem decomposition, teamwork, and cross-functional communication, including in English.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve product quality.
- Programming experience in technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, or C# is a plus.
- SQL knowledge, propositional logic, system modeling, data modeling, or experience with data-intensive systems is a plus.
