Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.
- Develop data flows and process automation between Salesforce and other systems.
- Analyze client needs and implement software solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support for business application integration and utilization.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address strategic objectives and manage expectations.
- Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for client engagements.
- Maintain professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science and Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
- Knowledge and experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce development, integration architecture implementation, middleware development, Salesforce customization, and Salesforce data architecture preferred.
