Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Develop data flows and process automation between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Analyze client needs and implement software solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support for business application integration and utilization.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address strategic objectives and manage expectations.
  • Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for client engagements.
  • Maintain professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science and Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
  • Knowledge and experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce development, integration architecture implementation, middleware development, Salesforce customization, and Salesforce data architecture preferred.
