Base Salary
$177k - $319k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive architecture strategy across multiple products and platforms.
- Establish technical standards, governance, and engineering best practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align technical direction with business and product strategy.
- Advise engineering and product teams on architecture, software design, development practices, and technology adoption.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence technical decisions across the organization.
- Guide the design and delivery of scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions.
- Influence roadmap planning, platform evolution, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Influence senior leadership on technical strategy, investment priorities, and long-term platform evolution.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple products or engineering organizations.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep expertise in modern software engineering, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture.
