Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack solutions.
- Drive architectural consistency, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
- Partner with Product and other stakeholders on priorities, implementation approaches, roadmap planning, dependencies, and risks.
- Mentor and guide engineers at various experience levels.
- Review designs and implementations for scalability, maintainability, resilience, performance, recovery, and security.
- Promote code reviews, documentation standards, automated testing, and development best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled engineering practices, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development.
- Foster collaboration and consensus across product, delivery, support, engineering, technical, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong full-stack development skills using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and modern UI architecture and design.
- Experience with REST API design and development, microservices architecture, database design, OLAP and transactional databases, cache management, and high-volume data processing.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, test-driven development, system monitoring, and production support.
- Demonstrated ability to guide developers, mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and drive engineering best practices.
- Experience working with Product, Delivery, Operations, Support, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong technical decision-making, architectural thinking, risk mitigation, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with AI services integration, prompt engineering, AI strategy, and AI-assisted software development practices.
