Responsibilities
- Design AI interfaces and agent workflows from problem framing to production QA.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to create interfaces for real-time data handling.
- Rapidly prototype using tools like Figma, React, and lightweight code.
- Simplify complex tasks into intuitive user flows.
- Drive innovation by exploring new AI design opportunities.
- Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for AI at 3Y Health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with complex applications.
- Strong experience with modern backend frameworks (Java, Python, TypeScript/Node.js).
- Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems architecture.
- Solid understanding of database design and performance optimization.
- Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Preferred exposure to LLM workflows or agentic design patterns.
