Base Salary
$80k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and software systems.
- Analyze user needs, software requirements, system capabilities, interfaces, performance requirements, and design feasibility.
- Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, equipment designers, and hardware engineers.
- Develop software using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes.
- Coordinate software system installations and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
- Ensure software standards are met and prepare operating instructions.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with a BS/BA, 3 years with an MS/MA, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Experience with Java and J2EE software engineering.
- Experience with software design and development.
- Experience with system installations.
- Security+ certification is required.
- Must have an active clearance or the ability to obtain Public Trust.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
