Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of robust data platforms and backend systems.
- Act as a technical authority, influencing architectural decisions and setting engineering standards.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define system boundaries and APIs.
- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and operability across systems.
- Design and implement efficient data storage and access patterns.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and advocate for best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex production issues, leading root-cause analysis.
- Champion continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and tools.
- Mentor and coach engineers across teams to support technical growth.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with multiple programming languages, including Rust, Kotlin, and Typescript.
- Experience with architectural patterns and building scalable systems.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts and mentoring others.
